The Kinesio® Taping method involves taping over and around muscles to assist, give support, and avoid over-contraction.  This allows for support while maintaining full range of motion, thus allowing continued participation in physical activity with functional assistance.  Advanced techniques are used in acute stages of rehabilitation.  This technique is used in conjunction with other therapies including cryotherapy, hydrotherapy, massage therapy, electrical muscle stimulation, cold laser therapy, & spinal manipulation.
