Reaching your full potential requires work. Maintaining your full potential requires sustained effort. Drive and desire from within propel you to your best. Your ability to move through life free of aches, pain, and muscle tension relies on a balance of flexibility throughout your body. You must work to obtain and maintain flexibility – movement is the body’s medicine.

Getting out and getting active means not settling for your current status quo. Challenge yourself to do something you’ve never done before. Decide and set a goal, "I want to run my first marathon this year". Develop a series of incremental goals that you can celebrate as you improve. At the end of each day ask yourself, "What did I do today to move closer to my goal?”
Don’t forget, work + rest = success. Avoid burn-out and overtraining by having a plan. Set your goals and follow them. As you achieve, enjoy your success and continue to your next challenge. You are the only person who sets your limits.
